I decided to purchase this product directly from the Vecelo website rather than another distributer due to availability and price. Once placed I did receive a confirmation from FedEx that both nightstands had a shipping label created. However ~1-2 weeks later only one of the nightstands was shipped and received.
When trying to contact support/orders teams via phone or e-mail there was little to no response regarding the second item. We did call the number on the first package received, however the person was not aware of the item/website/order number. After another ~1 week we finally did get a confirmation the item was shipped via FedEx and received after another few days. In total it took about a month to get both items.
Aside from the ordering/receiving, the product did assemble okay and fit the need for us. I would like to see a more formal follow up or support improvement should we decide to purchase any other products.
