No complaints about the desk itself but the process of getting it was painful. At the time of order there’s an approximate timeframe for delivery. Some time after ordering and not receiving a shipping notification I reached out to the customer service team to ask about an estimated time of shipping. They replied with a FedEx tracking number and said the box was just waiting to be picked up. Some days after the status had not changed so reached back out to the customer service email asking for an update because they had clearly lied. I understand there’s a high demand for desks and if they would have been honest and say that due to high demand there’s a delay in orders I would have been okay with that but there was no need to lie and make up the story of FedEx coming to get it the next day. I didn’t hear back from my second email. A few days later I requested to cancel the order because I had purchased a different desk. I didn’t hear back but the next day the desk was shipped. Great product, terrible and dishonest customer service.
