It’s hard to find good furniture online! But this company will not disappoint you. I am always skeptical making online purchases. But when my bed arrived, I was beyond impressed. Surprisingly the bed is almost lightweight but at the same time strong and sturdy. It was really easy putting together. I misplaced one of the parts of the bed. I reached out asking if I can get a new one and they sent it with no hesitation. I received the part within a week! Their support team kept me updated on every step of the delivery and shipping process. Again I am so happy with my purchase and I’d recommend this brand to everyone!

The bed had some structural damage in the railing on both sides, but after contacting their support they quickly sent 2 new parts free of charge, this is the best customer service I've ever received for furniture!
When I moved, I lost two of the wires that were needed to make the vanity light up. I reached out to their customer service and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded and were willing to help! After sharing the information they requested about my order number and specific parts needed, they mailed the two wires to my new address! Mow my vanity works perfectly and I didn’t need to purchase a whole new one. I’m so appreciative of how responsive and helpful their customer service was!
