We want you to love every VECELO purchase. So if our product fails to satisfy you, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. No sweat.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before an order is shipped or produced. A cancelled order guarantees all your money back. However, take note that we can no longer cancel an order if the product is already out on its way.
How can I return a product?
We accept product returns. Every item (excluding customized items*) can be returned within 30 days from the day your parcel arrives.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We also ask that you present a receipt or proof of purchase. We have various warehouses for different purposes, so remember to check with our customer support team to make sure you're shipping the return to the right address.
VECELO will bear the cost of the return shipment in the following cases:
- The item is damaged or defective
- The parts are missing
- Wrong or missing item
- The item is not as described
Customers will cover the return cost in all other cases, such as:
- Ordered wrong item
- Unwanted item
- Found better price
- Unauthorized purchase
- Doesn't fit for intended purpose
What if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
- In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information and photos documenting damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement item is back-ordered or out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or we may work with you to suggest a suitable replacement.
