The bed frame was ordered through Bed, Bath & Beyond and delivered 3 days later. When we put the bed together we discovered in the next to the last step that we had a part for a Full size bed frame instead of the Queen that was ordered. That started a series of emails back and forth with the Vecelo customer support folks to get the proper part. It turns out they were out of the needed part and needed to restock. Fifteen days later we received the part and completed the assembly of the bed. It was just what we had hoped for and have made good use of the storage space under the frame. One piece of advice, it’s best to have 2 people for the assembly if you get the Queen size frame.

I purchased this bed back, two to be exact a little over two years ago for my daughter's. And has held up pretty good since we assembled them. We needed some replacement parts, so I reached out to customer service via email and was extremely pleased with the service and responses. A few pics later and BAM! Parts were at my door. Thank you Vecelo for your help the other day!

Looks just like the picture, perfect for any twin bed. Very sturdy and putting together was easy! Very happy i went with this product and will be ordering again for future kids!

This bed came out better than I thought for the Price I paid. The set up was a lot more work than I expected, but it was worth it. They make sure it will not fall apart and it is very sturdy. I have bought other more expensive beds where I just insert and click them together to assemble it. Those usually squeak. Once again for the cost it is a very good buy and looks great.

Arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Was looking for an aesthetically pleasing bed for my tweens room and this was a great option for a great value. Very pleased with this purchase.
