Received Queen Bed that was missing a few parts - contacted customer service and they immediately responded and resolved issue within days. I could not ask for better customer service. Thank you Sarah for all your help and resolution of issue.
Purchased this set of Nightstands on sale on Amazon. Good value for the product. Assembly was straightforward. Was missing one set of the screw-in feet and contacted the manufacturer about sending them. They replied and sent the replacement feet promptly.
I was so excited about this drafting table, but it falls short in 2 ways.
1. It was difficult to put together. It was clear that the designers had never put it together, because some of the screws were so tightly spaced that you could only turn the allen wrench about a quarter of a turn. It took forever to get several of the screws in.
2. Either the stool is too high or the table is too low. I'm not a big person, but I can't sit at this drafting table because my thighs run into the metal bar that holds the drawers. (picture attached).
This is too complex a piece to disassemble and send back, so I'm stuck. I'll have to elevate the table on 2X4's so I can use it. It has so much potential. I am really disappointed.
I bought matching bed sets for my daughters and they love them. Very durable, The set up was no hassle. I took them down in the process of moving and misplaced the screws and the company sent me new screws and they came very fast!
This desk suited my needs well. It is functional and can easily be assembled, disassembled, and moved by one person. I can't quite get one piece of the top to sit flush and that is the only imperfection. Also bought matching bookshelf.
