I recently purchased two twin bed frame from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service. Unfortunately, part of my delivery was stolen from my porch after it arrived, and I was worried I’d be stuck trying to replace the missing pieces on my own.
Their team went above and beyond to help me out. They were responsive, understanding, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They quickly worked with me to get the missing parts replaced so I could finish assembling the bed frame without a huge delay.
It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers after the sale, but this one absolutely does. The bed frame itself is sturdy and looks great, and the outstanding support made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture backed by excellent customer service.
Great quality for the price. Easy to assemble and looks really clean in my space. Customer service was also very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely happy with this purchase.
just assembled it. falls over , falls apart. not sure it will stand up in the wind . it has to hang .
whoever is packing these needs to ensure they send the right hardware shipped to my house through home depot and have to put it together from hardware thats around the house come on but dont worry I received more than double the hardware I need to put on the 2 little feet and the wrong tool to install the bolts as there all Philip heads
