I got my package, but it didn’t come with the hardware. I emailed the company and it took a while, but I finally got the hardware. Except when I opened the hardware package and assembled everything, it was missing hardware for two of the four chairs. I’m about to write to them with specifics to ask for a partial refund because this is absolutely ridiculous. I finally went to a hardware store and spent extra money to get the hardware needed to assemble the last two chairs. The customer service is very challenging because you can only email them and then it takes them a day or two to get back and you can tell the English is not their first language. That’s totally fine. I appreciate that not. Everybody has English as their first language. However, the communication was minimal, and not great. It must’ve been run through ChatGPT and there was no empathy for my experience. I really hope they give me a partial refund! I was trying to save money by going with this company, but it cost me stress in the long run and I should’ve spent more with a different company.

I liked the color and quality of it. Manual was just one page and pretty easy to assemble. There are no sharp edges so its childproofed and good to have in home with toddlers too. My daughter is 3 years and manages to have her food sitting on chair. Overall its very good. I am satisfied buying it.
