The product itself is very good. For the price, I think, its excellent, however, my three star rating is due to the service that needs a little improving. My issue was that I had to change my order and thus notified them about the change BEFORE any shipment was done. This is per their own policy, however, they still shipped me the wrong TV-Stand. They did however, did their best to correct the mistake, and I give them credit for that, but it took over a month to correct it.
box came completely damaged and was a christmas gift and when it came time to put it together the mirror was shattered and even tried contacting the manufacturer twice and haven’t gotten a response so probably never ordering from here again
I received the wrong item, notified Vecelo on several different occasions via email. In addition, the coupon code I entered during ordering was never applied to final shipment amount when I checked my credit card. The correct item was never shipped nor any amount reinbursed for the inconvenience. Had to keep the table which was shipped because I needed assistance from a neighbor to get the item inside my home because it was so heavy. Highly disappointed- would never order from Vecelo again.
